SOW.GOLD shall maintain in strict confidence all non-public information received in connection with any engagement, including financial, operational, strategic, and transaction-related information.
Such information shall not be disclosed, directly or indirectly, to any third party without prior written consent, except to advisors bound by confidentiality or as required by law.
All information shall be used solely for the purpose of executing the engagement.
These obligations shall survive indefinitely.
